These terms govern your use of Doclux, a document automation service ("the Service") operated by Doclux ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Doclux helps you organize, classify, and process documents such as invoices, including through optional integrations with third-party services (e.g. Google Gmail and Drive) that you explicitly connect and configure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload or connect to the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service — storing, processing, and analyzing your content on your behalf and at your direction. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Integrations with third-party services are subject to those providers' own terms and policies. You can disconnect an integration at any time; the Service's use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
