Doclux — last updated July 4, 2026

Doclux ("we", "us") is a document automation service that helps you organize, classify, and process documents such as invoices. This policy explains what data we process and how we handle it.

Data we process

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Doclux accesses your Gmail messages and/or Google Drive files only to perform the automations you configure — for example detecting invoice emails or attachments, and filing processed documents into folders you choose.

Doclux's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we:

You can revoke Doclux's access at any time in the app under Integrations or via your Google Account permissions. Upon revocation or account deletion we delete stored Google credentials.

Storage and sub-processors

Data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the European Union. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure for hosting and document analysis) strictly as processors to operate the service. We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time; we will delete it without undue delay unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
